Acima Do Mar offers comfortable self-catering accommodation Unit in Margate. The Unit is situated 450m from Margate MAIN Beach. The property is shared. Shared parking and driveway. The beautiful 3 bedroom unit has a open patio with breathtaking views of the property and the ocean with braai facilities.
Guests please note:
Units are cleaned upon departure. Additional cleaning may be requested PRIOR to arrival, at extra cost (no cleaning over weekends). Laundry may be done at the local laundromat.
Braai’s and braai areas will only be cleaned by us once a week.
If you overload the fridge/freezer, please give it time to reach its required temperature and do not set it lower as this will cause freezing up.
Kindly note that items going missing from unit will be charged accordingly.
There is open parking available for Code EB (Code 08) vehicles.
Visitors to guests must not exceed the number of guests residing in the unit. Additional guest will be charged a per person rate (enquire from Management for more details).Alternative arrangements may be discussed with management. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the guest being charged accommodation fees for visitors for that day and/or be asked to leave the premises.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE on the veranda only.(Ashtrays are in the kitchen under the sink)
Guests may not BURN ANYTHING in the units (Incense/Mosquito Coils, etc.).

This three bedroom house has 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 x 3/4 beds).
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove & oven, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. There is a single bed in the lounge area for an additional Guest. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and a patio with braai facilities. Guests have access to secure undercover parking
